चरणबद्ध आंदोलन की तैयारी में जुटे कोहिनूर स्टील कंपनी के मजदूर/जमींदाता।
चांडिल : सरायकेला खरसावां जिला के चांडिल अनुमंडल क्षेत्र के चौका थाना अंतर्गत खुचिडिह स्थित कोहिनूर स्टील कंपनी के मजदूर,जमींदाताओ ने अपनी विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर आरपार की लड़ाई के लिए आंदोलन का एलान किया। जमींनदाताओं का कहना है पिछले 16 वर्षों से वे इस कंपनी में कार्यरत हैं , लेकिन दुर्भाग्य की बात है रैयतों के लिए न ही उचित वेतन , मेडिकल सुविधा , सेफ्टी बिल्कुल नहीं , भविष्य निधि से भी छेड़ छाड़ यहां तक कि जिन रैयतों का जमीन लिया गया है उन्हे नौकरी भी नहीं दी गई है। कंपनी के नाम पर सिर्फ बाहरी लोगों के द्वारा हम स्थानीय लोगों पर शासन जताया जा रहा है , महीना भर काम करने के वाबजूद सैलरी के लिए आवाज उठानी पड़ती है , परंतु कंपनी से निकलने वाले धुआं , वो यहां के लोगों को मुफ्त में बांट रही है ।आज एकजुट होकर अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ने की आवश्यकता है अन्यथा ये कंपनी जमींनदाताओ की भी नौकरियां गमन कर बाहरियों को बेचने का काम करेंगे। आज हमारा देश को आजाद हुए 75 साल पूरे हो गए हैं फिर भी हमे आज भी गुलामी का दहसत झेलना पड़ रहा है।इस चरणबद्ध आंदोलन को सफल बनाने के लिए झारखंडी भाषा खतियानी संघर्ष समिति करेंगे मजदूर एवं जमीन दाताओं के सहयोग। आज कंपनी में जाकर समस्या पर अवगत होकर आंदोलन का रणनीति बनाई गई । मौके पर झारखंडी भाषा खतियानी संघर्ष समिति के गोपेश महतो,फुलचंद महतो,पूर्णशशि महतो,आदित्य महतो एवं कोहिनूर कंपनी के मजदूर समीर महतो, शाक्तिपदो महतो, फटिक प्रमाणिक, सुबोध महतो, सुशेन महतो, निशिकांत महतो, जयदेव महतो,दुर्गा महतो, हेमंत महतो, कृष्णा महतो तथा जमीनदाता भी उपस्थित थे।

Jharkhandi Bhasha Khatiyani Sangharsh Samiti will cooperate with laborers and land donors to make this phased movement successful.
