आज दिनांक 28/09/2023 को नालसा के दिशानिर्देश पर जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार सरायकेला के सचिव महोदय श्री कुमार क्रांति प्रसाद सर की अगुवाई पर *पी एल वी कुमुद रंजन महतो* के द्वारा विधिक जागरूक करते हुए गाँव *सरगीडीह,सरायकेला* में सभी ग्रामीणों, बच्चों, महिलाओं,और वुजुर्गों निवेदन करते हुए आग्रह किया कि ” *गहन अभियान के साथ -साथ घर-घर जाकर पहचान बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण की जरूरत होकर बाल संरक्षण योजना के साथ जोडना* ” ही मुख्य उद्देश्य है । इस डोर टी डोर कार्यक्रम में बच्चों के अधिकार के लिए पी एल वी कुमुद रंजन महतो के द्वारा यह भी कहा गया कि निशुल्क और अनिवार्य शिक्षा अधिनियम 2009 के विभिन्न तंत्रों की व्यवस्था करता है जो स्कुलों में सुरक्षित स्थान और उनके विकास और गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्राथामिक शिक्षा की भी सुविधा को सुनिश्चित करता है।अतः सभी अभिभावक को अपने बच्चों की प्रगति के लिए प्रतिदिन स्कूल भेजने के लिए प्रेरित करें।
Today, on 28/09/2023, on the guidelines of NALSA, under the leadership of Mr. Kumar Kranti Prasad, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Seraikela, everyone in the village *Sargidih, Seraikela* was created legal awareness by *PLV Kumud Ranjan Mahato*. Villagers, children, women and elders requested that “* along with intensive campaign, door-to-door identification of children in need of care and protection and linking them with child protection scheme*” is the main objective. In this door to door program for the rights of children, PLV Kumud Ranjan Mahato also said that the Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 provides for various mechanisms which provide safe places in schools and their development and quality primary education. Also ensures convenience. Therefore, motivate all the parents to send their children to school every day for the progress.
