खूंटपानी प्रखंड अंतर्गत होरलोर गाँव के बालक श्यामलाल बानरा 12 वर्षीय कल 11000 वोल्ट बिजली के तार के चपेट में आने से बालक की मृत्यु रिम्स में इलाज के दौरान हो गई। बिजली विभाग के लाफ़रवाही से बालक की जान चली गई,राँची रिम्स से बालक के डेड बॉडी को लाकर खूंटपानी प्रखंड अंतर्गत खुंटा गांव के मेन रोड NH 75 को ग्रामीणों ने जाम कर दिया है। ग्रामीण काफी आक्रोश है ग्रामीणों का कहना है बिजली विभाग हमेशा से लापरवाही करती है। आए दिन इस तरह के लापरवाही से गाय बैल बकरी पशु पक्षियों को भी नुकसान होना पड़ा है। बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही से आज एक बालक की जान गई है। बिजली विभाग का सूचना देने का बावजूद भी बिजली को समय पर अगर काट दिया जाता तो बच्चे की जान नहीं जाती। काफी संख्या में ग्रमीणों NH 75 को जाम कर रखा है ग्रामीणों का कहना है जब तक वरीय अधिकारियों, पदाधिकारी आश्वासन देने नहीं आते हैं तब तक रोड को बाधित किया जाएगा।

The villagers have blocked the main road NH 75 of Khunta village under Khuntapani block after bringing the dead body of the child from Ranchi RIMS. There is a lot of anger among the villagers. The villagers say that the electricity department is always negligent. Cows, bulls, goats and animals and birds have also suffered losses due to such carelessness every day. Today a child lost his life due to the negligence of the electricity department. Despite the information given by the electricity department, if the electricity had been disconnected on time, the child would not have died. A large number of villagers have blocked NH 75. The villagers say that the road will be blocked until senior officials come to give assurance.
