माननीय सांसद द्वारा किया गया पटमदा प्रखंड के खेडुआ ग्राम का एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम योजना के रूप में चयन*
एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम योजना की परिकल्पना राज्य सरकार की एक महत्वकांक्षी योजना साबित हो रही है। माननीय लोकसभा एवं विधानसभा सदस्यों द्वारा उनके विधानसभा क्षेत्र के किसी एक गाँव को एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज के रूप में चयन किया गया है। पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिला में माननीय लोकसभा सदस्य, जमशेदपुर श्री विद्युत वरण महतो के द्वारा पटमदा प्रखण्ड के खेडुआ पंचायत के खेडुआ ग्राम का चयन एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज के रूप में किया गया है जिसका उद्घाटन दिनांक 09.09.2023 को माननीय लोकसभा सांसद द्वारा किया गया । समारोह का आयोजन खेडुआ हरि मंदिर प्रांगण में किया गया एवं एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम योजना के तहत सामुदायिक संसाधन व्यक्ति (Community Resource Person ) का चयन ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से किया गया ।
*क्या है एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम योजना*
एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम योजना की परिकल्पना माननीय सांसदों और विधायकों द्वारा अनुशंसित ग्रामों में कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग से संबंधित योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों के सफल रूप से चलाने के लिए उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली संस्थागत व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कर कृषि विकास की चुनौतियों को दूर करने के लिए किया गया है। एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम को विभाग अन्तर्गत संचालित सभी राज्य प्रायोजित एवं केन्द्र प्रायोजित योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया जायेगा ।
कृषि, उद्यान, मत्स्य, गव्य, पशुपालन, भूमि संरक्षण, सहकारिता, आत्मा एवं कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र के कृषकोपयोगी गतिविधियों का अभिसरण कर चयनित ग्राम के किसानों को लाभान्वित किये जायेंगे।
*जिला में कुल 5 एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज*
जमशेदपुर लोकसभा अन्तर्गत माननीय सांसद श्री विद्युत वरण महतो के द्वारा पटमदा प्रखण्ड अन्तर्गत खेडुआ पंचायत के खेडुआ गांव का चयन किया गया है, इसके अलावे पोटका विधानसभा के सदस्य श्री संजीब सरदार द्वारा डोमजुड़ी पंचायत का खुर्शी गांव, घाटशिला विधानसभा सदस्य श्री रामदास सोरेन के द्वारा मुसाबनी प्रखण्ड के गोहला पंचायत में देवली गांव, बहरागोड़ा विधानसभा सदस्य श्री समीर मोहन्ती के द्वारा चाकुलिया के जुगीतोपा पंचायत के मुड़ाठाकुरा गांव और जुगसलाई विधानसभा सदस्य श्री मंगल कालिन्दी के द्वारा बोड़ाम के पहाड़पुर ग्राम पंचायत का एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम हेतु चयन किया गया है।
*योजना का उद्देश्य*
कृषि एवं संबंद्ध क्षेत्र से संबंधित बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास, आजीविका संवर्धन कृषि बैंकिंग और योजनाओं से संबंधित सेवाओं के माध्यम से त्वरित एवं समेकित विकास का कार्य इस योजना के माध्यम से होगा । ग्राम स्तर पर संस्थागत व्यवस्था के माध्यम से विभागीय योजनाओं की कृषकों के दरवाजे तक पहुँचाया जाएगा।कृषकों की सहभागिता से विभागीय कार्यक्रमों और गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाओं का लाभ हर घर के व्यक्ति को होगा।
कृषि, उद्यान, मत्स्य, गव्य, पशुपालन, भूमि संरक्षण, सहकारिता विभाग अन्तर्गत संचालित सभी राज्य योजनाओं एवं केन्द्र प्रायोजित योजनाओं की विभिन्न किसानोपयोगी गतिविधियों का गाँव स्तर पर पहुँच और कर्त्वजेंस कर सफल क्रियान्वन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
*योजना का संचालन हेतु टीम गठित*
योजना के संचालन के लिए एग्री स्मार्ट विलेज समिति, प्रखण्ड स्तरीय समन्वय समिति, जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति, राज्य स्तरीय समन्वय समिति गठित है जिनके मार्गदर्शन में चयनित ग्राम के सर्वांगीण विकास की गाथा लिखी जाएगी।
इस उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में ग्रामवासी, पंचायत के मुखिया, जिला परिषद सदस्य, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र, प्रखण्ड पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, प्रखण्ड कृषि पदाधिकारी, आत्मा कर्मी, एग्री क्लीनिक के कर्मी समेत अन्य उपस्थित हुए।
Khedua village of Patmada block was selected by the Honorable MP as Agri Smart Village Scheme*
The concept of Agri Smart Village Scheme is proving to be an ambitious plan of the state government. One village in their assembly constituency has been selected by the Honorable Lok Sabha and Assembly members as Agri Smart Village. Khedua village of Khedua Panchayat of Patmada block has been selected as Agri Smart Village by Honorable Lok Sabha Member, Jamshedpur Shri Vidyut Varan Mahato in East Singhbhum district, which was inaugurated by the Honorable Lok Sabha MP on 09.09.2023. The function was organized in the premises of Khedua Hari Mandir and under the Agri Smart Village Scheme, the Community Resource Person was selected through the Gram Sabha.
*What is Agri Smart Village Scheme*
Agri Smart Village Scheme has been conceptualized to overcome the challenges of agricultural development by ensuring high quality institutional arrangements for successful running of schemes and programs related to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department in the villages recommended by the Honorable MPs and MLAs. Is. Agri Smart Village will be covered by all the state sponsored and centrally sponsored schemes run under the department.
Farmers of selected villages will be benefited by convergence of agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, cattle rearing, land conservation, cooperation, spirit and farmer-friendly activities of Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
*Total 5 Agri Smart Villages in the district*
Khedua village of Khedua Panchayat under Patmada block has been selected by Honorable MP Shri Vidyut Varan Mahato under Jamshedpur Lok Sabha, apart from this, Khurshi village of Domjudi Panchayat has been selected by Potka Assembly member Shri Sanjib Sardar, Musabani by Ghatshila Assembly member Shri Ramdas Soren. Deoli village in Gohla Panchayat of the block, Baharagora assembly member Mr. Sameer Mohanty, Mudathakura village of Jugitopa Panchayat of Chakulia and Paharpur Gram Panchayat of Bodam by Jugsalai assembly member Mr. Mangal Kalindi were selected for Agri Smart Village.
*Objective of the plan*
The work of rapid and integrated development through development of infrastructure related to agriculture and allied sectors, livelihood promotion, agricultural banking and services related to schemes will be done through this scheme. Departmental schemes will be delivered to the doorsteps of farmers through institutional arrangements at the village level. With the participation of farmers, every household will benefit from departmental programs and quality services.
Successful implementation of various farmer-friendly activities of all the state schemes and centrally sponsored schemes run under the departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Soil Conservation and Co-operation will be ensured by reaching out and doing responsibilities at the village level.
*Team formed to run the scheme*
Agri Smart Village Committee, Block Level Coordination Committee, District Level Coordination Committee, State Level Coordination Committee have been formed for the operation of the scheme, under whose guidance the story of all-round development of the selected village will be written.
In this inaugural programme, villagers, Panchayat heads, Zilla Parishad members, District Agriculture Officer, District Cooperative Officer, District Animal Husbandry Officer, District Horticulture Officer, Agricultural Science Centre, Block Animal Husbandry Officer, Block Agriculture Officer, Atma Karmi, Agri Clinic personnel were present. Others attended.
