झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग में ओड़िया समाज को प्रतिनिधित्व का मौका देने की मांग

झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के अधिनियम 2001 को धारा 4, 2 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग का पुनर्गठन किया गया झारखंड सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचना जारी की गई राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग में ओड़िआ समाज को प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका नहीं मिलना अन्याय है इस पर ओड़िआ समाज के लोगों ने अपने-अपने प्रतिक्रिया दि। झारखंड प्रदेश ओड़िया समाज के संयोजक सरोज कुमार प्रधान ने कहा कि झारखंड के मूलवासी ओड़िया भाषा भाषी के साथ राज्य सरकार ने बहुत बड़ा अन्याय किया है राज्य स्थापना के बाद झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के एक प्रतिनिधि के रूप में ओड़िया प्रतिनिधि को स्थान मिलता था झारखंड सरकार 40 लाख ओड़िया भाषा भाषी के साथ यह बहुत बड़ा अन्याय किया। वही झारखंड प्रदेश ओड़िया समाज के सदस्य सुशील कुमार षाडगी ने कहा कि देश के केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा उड़िया भाषा को शास्त्रीय भाषा का दर्जा दिया गया है झारखंड सरकार द्वारा उड़िया भाषा को द्वितीय राजभाषा का दर्जा दिया गया है किंतु अलग झारखंड राज्य गठन करने में उड़िया भाषा भाषी लोगों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान था इसको देखते हुए झारखंड राज्य में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री बाबूलाल मरांडी ने पहली बार अल्पसंख्यक आयोग का गठन किया तो उपाध्यक्ष पद पर उड़िया भाषा का प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका दिया तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री अर्जुन मुंडा और रघुवर दास के कार्यकाल में उड़िया भाषा भाषी का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष पद पर स्थान दिया किंतु दुख की बात यह है कि वर्तमान झारखंड सरकार ने ओड़िया समाज को प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका नहीं दिया यह अन्याय है उन्होंने झारखंड सरकार से मांग की है की उड़िया भाषा भाषी और अल्पसंख्यकों की विभिन्न समस्याओं को निराकरण के लिए झारखंड अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष पद पर स्थान दें झारखंड प्रदेश उड़िया समाज के सदस्य जमशेदपुर के जयराम दास ने कहा कि झारखंड राज्य बनने के बाद जब झारखंड अल्पसंख्यक आयोग बनाया तब से आयोग में ओड़िया भाष भाषी के लोगों को प्रतिनिधित्व करते आ रहे हैं लेकिन बड़े दुख की बात है की हेमंत सरकार के समय ओड़िया प्रतिनिधि को स्थान नहीं दिया गया जबकि एक ही समुदाय के लोगों को ज्यादातर स्थान दिया गया है अभी भी एक उपाध्यक्ष का पद अल्पसंख्यक आयोग में खाली पड़ा है झारखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक आयोग संशोधन अधिनियम 2017 के तहत आयोग में तीन उपाध्यक्ष का पद सृजित किया गया है अतः हम यह मांग करते हैं कि झारखंड सरकार अल्पसंख्यक आयोग में उड़िया भाषी प्रतिनिधि को शामिल करें

Jharkhand State Oriya community member Sushil Kumar Shadgi said that Oriya language has been given the status of classical language by the central government of the country. Oriya language has been given the status of second official language by the Jharkhand government, but in the formation of a separate Jharkhand state, Oriya Considering the important contribution of the language speaking people, the then Chief Minister of Jharkhand Babulal Marandi formed the Minority Commission for the first time and gave the opportunity to represent Oriya language on the post of Vice President. During the tenure of the then Chief Ministers Arjun Munda and Raghuvar Das, the Oriya language speaking people To represent the Odia community, he was given the post of Vice Chairman of the Minority Commission, but the sad thing is that the present Jharkhand government did not give a chance to the Odia community to represent it. This is injustice. He has demanded from the Jharkhand government that the Odia speaking and minorities To solve various problems, give place to the post of Vice Chairman of Jharkhand Minority Commission. Jairam Das of Jamshedpur, a member of Jharkhand State Oriya community, said that after the formation of Jharkhand State, when Jharkhand Minority Commission was formed, then Odia speaking people were represented in the Commission. They are coming but it is a matter of great sadness that during the time of Hemant government, Odia representative was not given a place whereas most of the places were given to the people of the same community, still the post of a Vice Chairman is lying vacant in the Minority Commission, Jharkhand State Minority Commission Amendment. Act 2017 Under this, the post of three Vice-Chairmen has been created in the Commission, hence we demand that the Jharkhand Government should include an Odia speaking representative in the Minority Commission.
