नहीं सुधरी व्यवस्था तो जनहित और उपभोक्ता हित में होगा व्यापक आंदोलन: मनोज कुमार चौधरी।

सरायकेला। मेंटेनेंस के नाम पर घंटो-घंटो क्षेत्रवार विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित रखने के बावजूद भी विद्युत विभाग का मनमाने तरीके से विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित रखने का रवैया जारी है। इतना ही नहीं विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित रहने के संबंध में औपचारिक या अनौपचारिक जानकारी देने वाले भी परेशान उपभोक्ताओं को जानकारी तक देना अपनी तौहीन समझ रहे हैं। इसे लेकर स्थानीय जनता और आम उपभोक्ताओं में भारी रोष देखा जा रहा है। उपभोक्ता बताते हैं कि कारण ही घंटो-घंटो बिजली गुल रहने से आवश्यक दैनिक कार्य भी बाधित हो रहे हैं। वही बिजली विभाग के इस रवैया से बच्चों की पढ़ाई बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हो रही है।

बताते चलें कि पूर्व में चरमराई विद्युत आपूर्ति व्यवस्था पर भाजपा नेता मनोज कुमार चौधरी के नेतृत्व में हुए आक्रोशित लोगों के जनांदोलन के बाद विभाग के साथ सहमति बनी थी कि मेंटेनेंस का समय लेकर झूलती विद्युत तारों को दुरुस्त किया जाएगा। साथ ही आसपास के पेड़ों की टहनियों को छांटकर अलग किया जाएगा। जिसके बाद मेंटेनेंस के नाम पर घंटों विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित रखा गया। बावजूद इसके वर्तमान में भी हल्की सी बारिश या हल्की तेज हवा चलने पर विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित कर दिए जाने का प्राचीन परंपरा अभी भी कायम है।

सरायकेला नगर पंचायत के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष भाजपा नेता मनोज कुमार चौधरी ने इस पर गंभीर चिंता जताते हुए कहा है कि विद्युत आपूर्ति की मूल आवश्यकता की चीजों पर भी विद्युत विभाग द्वारा डाका डाले जाने का काम किया जा रहा है। जिसकी लगातार शिकायतें मिल रही है। ऐसी स्थिति में आंदोलन के साथ-साथ विभाग द्वारा लगातार लंबे समय तक बाधित किया जा रहे विद्युत आपूर्ति के जांच की मांग उच्च स्तर पर की जाएगी। बिजली विभाग के उदासीन रवैया समय पर बिल उपलब्ध नहीं करना भी उपभोक्ताओं को भारी महंगा पड़ रहा है बिजली विभाग द्वारा पिछले कई माह से अचानक कई माह का बिल एक साथ देकर वसूली का दबाव बनाया जाता है अचानक भारी भरकम बिल चुकाने में उपभोक्ता असमर्थ है जिसके फलस्वरुप विभाग द्वारा क्षेत्र के हजारों उपभोक्ताओं का विद्युत कनेक्शन विच्छेद कर दिया गया है और उनके ऊपर मुकदमा भी तैयार किया गया है जो अन्याय है
