उदयनिधि स्टालिन के बयान पर भड़के मनोज चौधरी, अन्य मामलों की तरह सुप्रीम कोर्ट स्वत: संज्ञान लेकर उदयनिधि पर कारवाई करें।

भाजपा सरायकेला विधानसभा सभा के संयोजक सह पूर्व नगर पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष मनोज चौधरी ने कहा अन्य मामलों की तरह उदयनिधि के सनातन धर्म के प्रति आपत्तिजनक बयान पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट को स्वत: संज्ञान लेना चाहिए उदयनिधि स्टालिन की ओर से दिए गए नफरत भरे भाषण को स्वत: संज्ञान लिया जाए, जो सांप्रदायिक वैमनस्य और सांप्रदायिक हिंसा को भड़का सकता है.”

उन्होंने कहा है कि एक तरफ आतंकी संगठन आईएसआईएस हिंदुओं को जलाने और मूर्तियों को तोड़ने का आदेश दे रहा है। वहीं उदयनिधि स्टालिन जैसे लोग भी इसी काम को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। ये लोग केवल बोल नहीं रहे बल्कि अपनी पूरी ताकत भी लगा रहे हैं।

सर्वोच्च अदालत सहित भारत की सभी संवैधानिक संस्थाएं विधायिका, कार्यपालिका, न्यायपालिका, पत्रकारिता इनके लक्ष्यों और कृत्यों की अनदेखी कर रही हैं। मनोज कुमार चौधरी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से सवाल किया है कि क्या वे इसी को न्याय समझते हैं कि हिंदुओं को कुचला जाता रहे और इस्लामिक जिहादियों के हाथों उन्हें मरवा दिया जाए। उन्होंने अनुरोध किया कि इसे अदालत की अवमानवना ना समझा जाए।

भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष और लोकतांत्रिक देश है। धर्म के आधार पर देश का विभाजन हुआ उसके बाबजूद भारत में हर धर्म का सम्मान है उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि हर धर्म का आदर करना चाहिए।

तमिलनाडु के मंत्री उदयनिधि स्टालिन के बयान से हम जैसे सनातन धर्म में आस्था रखने वाले लोगों को चोट लगी है कैसे कथन बर्दाश्त से बाहर है उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के शाहीन अब्दुल्ला बनाम भारत सरकार के केस का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ही देश में बढ़ते हेट स्पीच के मामलों को लेकर नाराजगी जताई थी और सरकार व पुलिस प्रशासन से बिना औपचारिक शिकायतों का इंतजार किए स्वतः संज्ञान लेने का आदेश दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा था कि अगर इन मामलों में देरी की गई तो स्थिति गंभीर भी हो सकती है।

श्री चौधरी ने कहा की हम सनातन धर्म के महत्ता से अच्छी तरह परिचित हैं। हमारे देश का संविधान अपने इच्छा से पूजा करने और ईश्वर को मानने की स्वतंत्रता देता है। हम लोग उदयनिधि के बयान से बेहद नाराज़ हैं। इस तरह का बयान भारत की एक बड़ी आबादी को चोट पहुंचाने वाला है और संविधान के मूल सिद्धांत को भी ठेस पहुंचाता है। तमिलनाडु की सरकार ने स्टालिन के खिलाफ कोई भी कार्रवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया और उनके बयान का ही समर्थन करने लगी है।जो भारत के संविधान के विपरीत है अथवा मंत्री पद की सपथ का उल्लंघन है।

उदयनिधि के किस बयान पर हंगामा

दरअसल, तमिलनाडु की द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) सरकार में युवा कल्याण मंत्री उदयनिधि स्टालिन के ‘सनातम धर्म को लेकर दिए बयान पर वाल मचा हुआ है। शनिवार को तमिल में एक बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए सनातन धर्म की तुलना डेंगू, मलेरिया और कोरोना महामारी से करते हुए इसे खत्म कर देना की बात कही थी। उन्होंने कहा ऐसी कुछ चीज़ें होती हैं जिनका विरोध करना काफ़ी नहीं होता, हमें उन्हें समूल मिटाना होगा।

Manoj Kumar Choudhary has asked the Supreme Court whether they consider it justice that Hindus should be crushed and killed by Islamic Jihadis. He requested that this should not be considered as contempt of court.

India is a secular and democratic country. Despite the country being divided on the basis of religion, every religion is respected in India. He also said that every religion should be respected.

The statement of Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin has hurt people like us who believe in Sanatan Dharma. How such statement is unbearable. Referring to the Supreme Court case of Shaheen Abdullah vs Government of India, he said that the Supreme Court itself has Expressed displeasure over the increasing cases of hate speech and ordered the government and police administration to take suo motu cognizance without waiting for formal complaints. The Supreme Court had said that if there is delay in these cases, the situation can become serious.

Shri Chaudhary said that we are well aware of the importance of Sanatan Dharma. The constitution of our country gives freedom to worship and believe in God at will. We are extremely angry with Udayanidhi’s statement. Such a statement is going to hurt a large population of India and also hurts the basic principle of the Constitution. The Government of Tamil Nadu refused to take any action against Stalin and his statements Which is contrary to the Constitution of India or a violation of the oath of office of minister.

In fact, there is an uproar over the statement of Youth Welfare Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin in the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) government of Tamil Nadu regarding ‘Sanatam Dharma’.
