राजनगर प्रखण्ड के ग्राम बिक्रमपुर में सार्वजनिक मनसा पूजा समिति एवं बिरेसेन कैर्वत के घर में दोनों जगह धूमधाम से मनसा पूजा का आयोजन। गाजे-बाजे के साथ कलश लेकर तालाब गए वहां से विधिवत पूजा अर्चना कर पवित्र जल लेकर पूजा स्थल पर कलश स्थापित कर मनसा पूजा का शुभारंभ किया गया। महिलाएं , पुरुष दिन भर निर्जला उपवास कर लड्डू ,खीरा , नारियल , फल, सिंदूर , फुल से पूजा अर्चना किये। सभी श्रद्धालु मां के चरणों में माथा टेकते हुए ,सांप,बिच्छू से डांस से सुरक्षित रहने , संतान की सुख समृद्धि , रोग मुक्ति के लिए आशीर्वाद लिये , जो सच्चे मन से पूजा अर्चना करने से हर मनोकामनाएं पूरा होती है।
शास्त्र के अनुसार मान्यता है कि भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती मानसरोवर झील में जल कीड़ा कर रहे थे तब दोनों के तेज इकट्ठा होकर कमल के पत्ते पर जमा हो गया, तब उनकी संरक्षण की लिए वहां मौजूद सर्पिणियो ने इस तेज को अपनी कुंडली में लपेट लिया था। महादेव और जगदंबा के तेज से जिस कन्या का जन्म हुआ वह मनसा देवी का रूप है । विश्व में प्रमुख अष्ट नागों की कोई बहन नहीं तब भगवान शंकर ने अपने भक्त बसुकी बात मानते हुए उन्हें नागलोक का साम्राज्य प्रदान कर दिया , इसलिए मनसा देवी संपूर्ण नाग जाति की बहन और पुत्री मानी जाती है। मां मनसा देवी तीन लोको स्वर्गलोक , नागलोक और पृथ्वीलोक में पूजी जाती है। मनसा पूजा करने से गांव घर में शांति और समृद्धि बना रहता है समिति के सदस्य राम प्रसाद महतो , नुनु राम महतो , कृष्ण चंद्र महतो , गणेश चंद्र महतो , सत्यनारायण दास , आलेख दास, सुनील दुबे , राजेश दुबे ,कर्ण कैर्वत , भिकारी महाराणा , लयन कैर्वत, रंजीत कैर्वत ,सोमनाथ नन्द , नंदलाल मंडल , विधान सोय ,सुकरा मंडल, मनतोष बारीक ,नीलकमल बारिक , एवं ग्रामवासी का सहरनीय योगदान रहा।
Mansa puja was organized with great pomp at both the public Mansa puja committee in village Bikrampur of Rajnagar block and at the house of Biresen Kairavat. They went to the pond with the urn accompanied by musical instruments and performed the puja from there. Mansa Puja was started by taking holy water and installing the urn at the place of worship. Women and men observed waterless fast throughout the day and worshiped with laddus, cucumber, coconut, fruits, vermilion and flowers. All the devotees bowed their heads at the feet of the Mother Goddess and took blessings for being safe from snakes and scorpions, for the happiness and prosperity of the children, and for freedom from diseases, which by worshiping with a true heart, all the wishes are fulfilled.
According to the scriptures, it is believed that Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati were swimming in the Mansarovar Lake, then the radiance of both of them gathered and got deposited on a lotus leaf, then for their protection the serpents present there wrapped this radiance in their coils. Was. The girl who was born due to the glory of Mahadev and Jagadamba is the form of Mansa Devi. There is no sister of the eight major snakes in the world, then Lord Shankar listened to his devotee Basuki and gave him the kingdom of Naglok, hence Mansa Devi is considered the sister and daughter of the entire snake caste. Maa Mansa Devi is worshiped in three worlds: Heaven, Naglok and Earth. By performing Mansa puja, there is peace and prosperity in the village. Committee members Ram Prasad Mahato, Nunu Ram Mahato, Krishna Chandra Mahato, Ganesh Chandra Mahato, Satyanarayan Das, Alekh Das, Sunil Dubey, Rajesh Dubey, Karna Kairavat, Bhikari Maharana, Lion Kairavat, Ranjit Kairavat, Somnath Nand, Nandlal Mandal, Vidhan Soy, Sukra Mandal, Mantosh Barik, Neelkamal Barik and villagers had a commendable contribution.
