1 हजार करोड़ के खनन घोटाले में उजागर होने लगे राज, सामने आए कई खास नाम

साहिबगंज में 1000 करोड़ के अवैध खनन में कई नई कड़ियां जुड़ने लगी हैं। साहिबगंज के नींबू पहाड़ी में अवैध खनन के मामले में साहिबगंज के सदर थाने में दर्ज केस में ईडी की ईसीआईआर के बाद बरहेट विधायक प्रतिनिधि पंकज मिश्रा व उनके सहयोगी विष्णु यादव उर्फ छोटू यादव पर ईडी ने नए सिरे से शिकंजा कसा है। पंकज मिश्रा के जेल में रहते हुए अवैध खनन कराने के मामले में ईडी ने साहिबगंज एसपी अनुरंजन किस्पोट्टा को पत्र लिखा है। इस पत्र में कहा गया कि ईडी ने पांच अप्रैल को नींबू पहाड़ी समेत कई जगहों पर अवैध खनन के साक्ष्य पाए हैं। ऐसे में एक दिसंबर 2022 को दर्ज केस के अनुसंधान में इन तथ्यों को शामिल करें, साथ ही जरूरी कानूनी कार्रवाई करें। दिसंबर 2022 में विजय हांसदा के बयान पर नींबू पहाड़ी में अवैध खनन का केस दर्ज किया गया था। इस केस में पंकज मिश्रा, विष्णु यादव, पवितर यादव और बच्चा यादव आरोपी हैं।

*रास्ते में जेसीबी व दूसरे वाहनों के मिले हैं निशान*

ड्रोन से किए गए सर्वे में कई कच्चे रास्तों व साइट पर गाड़ियों, जेसीबी व दूसरे वाहनों के निशान मिले हैं। वाहनों के पहिए के निशान यहां काफी स्पष्ट हैं। साथ ही फ्रेश पोकलेन, एक्सावेटर, अर्थमूवर्स के इस्तेमाल के साक्ष्य भी मिले हैं। स्थानीय लोगों से ईडी की टीम ने जब पूछताछ की तब यह बात सामने आयी कि इलाके में अवैध खनन का अधिकांश काम जैसे ब्लास्टिंग व परिवहन रात में किया जाता था।

*अवैध खनन साइट निरीक्षण में कई अधिकारी थे शामिल*

ईडी ने साहिबगंज में कई अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में अवैध खनन साइट का निरीक्षण किया है। इनमें साहिबगंज के डीएमओ विभूति कुमार, मंदरो के रेंज फॉरेस्ट अफसर जीतेंद्र दुबे, मंदरो के सर्किल अफसर नरेश मुंडा, राजमहल के सब रजिस्ट्रार मनोज टुडू, झारखंड स्टेट पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड दुमका के रीजनल अफसर कमलाकांत पाठक, झारखंड स्टेट पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड धुर्वा के सेक्शन हेड राजीव कुमार सिन्हा, फॉरेस्ट अमीन शाहबाज आलम, सर्किल ऑफिस मंदरो के अमीन प्रभात कुमार शामिल थे। इसके अलावा निरीक्षण में ईडी के असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर देवव्रत झा समेत चार ईडी अधिकारी शामिल थे।

*ईडी ने अपनी जांच में क्या पाया*

ईडी ने 25 से 29 जुलाई 2022 को साहिबगंज में अवैध माइंस का सर्वे किया था। दोबारा पांच अप्रैल को ईडी की टीम ने उन्हीं साइट्स का सर्वे किया। ईडी ने साहिबगंज एसपी को भेजे पत्र में लिखा है कि अवैध माइनिंग एरिया में नए सिरे से खनन हुआ है। सर्वे टीम में शामिल अधिकारियों व टीम के सदस्यों ने पाया कि आठ माह में अवैध खनन साइट पर भारी बदलाव आया है। निरीक्षण के क्रम में ड्रोन से ली गई तस्वीरों में कई फ्रेश गड्ढे मिले, जिसमें डायनामाइट प्लांट किया हुआ था, ताकि पत्थर तोड़े जा सकें।

ED has written a letter to Sahibganj SP Anuranjan Kispotta in connection with Pankaj Mishra’s illegal mining while in jail. In this letter, it was said that on April 5, ED has found evidence of illegal mining at many places including Lemon Hill. In such a situation, include these facts in the research of the case registered on December 1, 2022, as well as take necessary legal action. In December 2022, on the statement of Vijay Hansda, a case of illegal mining was registered in Lemon Hill. Pankaj Mishra, Vishnu Yadav, Pavitar Yadav and Bachha Yadav are accused in this case.

Traces of JCB and other vehicles have been found on the way.

In the survey done by drone, marks of vehicles, JCB and other vehicles have been found on many raw roads and sites. The wheel marks of the vehicles are quite evident here. Along with this, evidence of the use of fresh poklen, excavators, earthmovers has also been found. When the ED team interrogated the local people, it came to light that most of the illegal mining work in the area like blasting and transportation was done at night.

Many officers were involved in illegal mining site inspection

ED has inspected the illegal mining site in Sahibganj in the presence of several officials. These included Vibhuti Kumar, DMO, Sahibganj, Jitendra Dubey, Range Forest Officer, Mandro, Naresh Munda, Circle Officer, Mandro, Manoj Tudu, Sub-Registrar, Rajmahal, Kamalakant Pathak, Regional Officer, Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, Dumka, Section Head, Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, Dhurwa. Rajeev Kumar Sinha, Forest Amin Shahbaz Alam, Circle Office Mandaro Amin Prabhat Kumar were involved. Apart from this, four ED officers including ED’s Assistant Director Devvrat Jha were involved in the inspection.

What did ED find in its investigation?

ED had conducted a survey of illegal mines in Sahibganj from 25 to 29 July 2022. Again on April 5, the ED team surveyed the same sites.
