सरायकेला के नगर पालिका ओड़िया मध्य विद्यालय सभागार में प्रधान अध्यापक श्री उत्तम कुमार महतो , कमला सतपति, रीता रानी नंद, रीना मिश्रा, रनु नंद , लेखिका रथ, यमुना प्रतिम, एव सभी छात्र-छात्राओं ने डॉक्टर सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन जी के फोटो पर फूल देकर नमन किया प्रधान अध्यापक उत्तम कुमार महतो ने कहा 5 सितंबर 1888 को भारत के पहले उपराष्ट्रपति और पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन का जन्म हुआ था आज के दिन, भारत रत्न डॉक्टर सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन एक महान शिक्षक थे और जब एक बार उनके शिष्यों ने मिलकर उनका जन्मदिन मनाने का सोचा तो डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन ने कहा कि मेरा जन्मदिन अलग से मनाने के बजाय अगर टीचर्स डे के रूप में मनाया जाएगा तो मुझे ज्यादा गर्व होगा भारत में पहली बार शिक्षक दिवस 1962 में मनाया गया एक महान शिक्षक समाज को हमेशा सही दिशा देने का काम करता है साथ में विपरीत परिस्थिति में डटकर सामना करना एक गुड खिलते हैं, साथ ही बच्चों की जीवन सामान्य में शिक्षक का एक महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होता है आज की शिक्षक दिवस की कार्यक्रम में छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा भाषण एवं संगीत प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया इस अवसर पर उपस्थित थे विद्यालय के प्रबंधक समिति के सदस्य गण।

Headmaster Mr. Uttam Kumar Mahato, Kamla Satpati, Rita Rani Nand, Reena Mishra, Runu Nand, writer Rath, Yamuna Pratim, and all the students gave flowers on the photo of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan in the Municipal Odia Middle School Auditorium of Seraikela. Bowed down Principal Uttam Kumar Mahato said that on 5 September 1888 Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the first Vice President and former President of India was born on this day, Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was a great teacher and once his disciples together celebrated his birthday When I thought of celebrating, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan said that instead of celebrating my birthday separately, if it is celebrated as Teacher’s Day, then I will be more proud. For the first time in India, Teacher’s Day was celebrated in 1962. A great teacher always gave the right direction to the society. It works together to face the adversity firmly, a good blooms, as well as the teacher has an important contribution in the normal life of the children. In today’s Teacher’s Day program, a speech and music competition was organized by the students. Members of the Management Committee of the school were present on the occasion.
