बोकारो में बर्ड फ्लू से मरी 500 मुर्गियां, होली के पहले राज्य में बर्ड फ्लू की इंट्री!

बोकारो : रंगों के त्योहार होली के पहले राज्य में बर्ड फ्लू की आहट हो गयी है. बोकारो जिले में बर्ड फ्लू से पिछले दो दिनों में करीब 500 से अधिक मुर्गियों की मौत होने की खबर है. इससे कृषि और पशुपालन विभाग अलर्ट मोड में आ गया है.
पशुपालन निदेशक चंदन कुमार के नेतृत्व में एक टीम बोकारो पहुंच गयी है. टीम ने बोकारो के सेक्टर 12 स्थित लोहांचल में सरकारी मुर्गी फार्म में जाकर स्थिति का जायजा लिया. इसके पहले मुर्गियों का सैंपल कोलकाता भेजा गया।
वहां पर बर्ड फ्लू की पुष्टि मुर्गियों में की गयी. कोलकाता के लैब से बर्ड फ्लू के कुछ सैंपल को नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ हाई सिक्यूरिटी एनिमल डिजीत भोपाल भेजा गया है. यहां की रिपोर्ट का पशुपालन विभाग की तरफ से इंतजार किया जा रहा है.
पशुपालन निदेशालय की तरफ से सरकारी पोल्ट्री में सभी मुर्गियों को मारने का निर्देश दिया है. बताया जा रहा है कि भोपाल के लैब से मुर्गियों में बर्ड फ्लू की पुष्टि की गयी, तो राज्य के मुख्य सचिव और विभागीय सचिव को रिपोर्ट भेजी जायेगी.
इसके बाद पूरे राज्य भर के लिए पशुपालन विभाग एडवाइजरी जारी करेगा. पशु स्वास्थ्य उत्पादन संस्थान भी नियमित रूप से सैंपलों की जांच की जा रही है. इसको लेकर राज्य भर में 75 सौ सैंपल जांची जायेगी. इधर बर्ड फ्लू की पुष्टी होने पर सभी मुगिर्यो को मारने के आदेश दिए गए है.

Bokaro: Ahead of Holi, the festival of colours, there has been an alarm of bird flu in the state. There is news of death of more than 500 chickens in the last two days due to bird flu in Bokaro district. Due to this, the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department has come into alert mode.
A team under the leadership of Animal Husbandry Director Chandan Kumar has reached Bokaro. The team took stock of the situation by visiting the Government Poultry Farm in Lohanchal, Sector 12, Bokaro. Before this the sample of chickens was sent to Kolkata.
There bird flu was confirmed in chickens. Some samples of bird flu from Kolkata’s lab have been sent to National Institute of High Security Animal Digit Bhopal. The report here is awaited from the Animal Husbandry Department.
On behalf of the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, instructions have been given to kill all the chickens in the government poultry. It is being told that if bird flu has been confirmed in chickens from the lab in Bhopal, then the report will be sent to the Chief Secretary and Departmental Secretary of the state.
After this, the Animal Husbandry Department will issue advisory for the entire state. Animal Health Production Institute is also regularly checking samples. Regarding this, 7500 samples will be tested across the state. Here, on confirmation of bird flu, orders have been given to kill all the chickens.
