भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता कुणाल षाड़ंगी ने महामहिम राज्यपाल सी पी राधाकृष्णन से की मुलाकात
जमशेदपुर प्रदेश सहित कोल्हान के जनहित से जुडे प्रमुख मुद्दों पर कराया ध्यान आकृष्ट, राज्यपाल ने सचिव को समाधान का दिया आदेश।
भाजपा झारखंड के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता सह पूर्व विधायक कुणाल षाड़ंगी ने गुरुवार को महामहिम राज्यपाल सी पी राधाकृष्णन से मुलाकात की। राँची राजभवन में हुई मुलाकात में कुणाल षाड़ंगी ने झारखंड प्रदेश सहित कोल्हान की कई समस्याओं की ओर उनका ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। इस दौरान कुणाल षाड़ंगी ने महामहिम राज्यपाल को कोल्हान विश्वविद्यालय में जनजातीय भाषाओं को पढाने हेतु स्थायी शिक्षकों के न होने, राज्य में आयुष्मान योजना के क्रियान्वयन की जर्जर स्थिति, राज्य के बाहर पढाई कर रहे जरूरतमंद विद्यार्थियों को मिलने वाली छात्रवृत्ति राशि का नही मिलने के विषयो पर राज्यपाल का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया। उन्होंने बताया कि कोल्हान विश्वविद्यालय राज्य के अनुसूचित जाति बाहुल्य इलाकों में स्थापित है लेकिन जनजातीय भाषाओं की पढ़ाई के लिए यहाँ एक भी स्थायी शिक्षक नहीं है। घंटी आधारित शिक्षकों से काम चलाया जा रहा है। सैकड़ों विद्यार्थियों के अनुपात में शिक्षकों की संख्या बहुत कम है। जिसपर राज्यपाल सी पी राधाकृष्णन ने कहा कि जल्द ही शिक्षकों की व्यवस्था होगी और बेहतर ढंग से जनजातीय भाषाओं की पढाई के लिए कोल्हान के छात्र छात्राओं के लिए सभी सुविधाओं युक्त एक या दो आवासीय केंद्र स्थापित होंगे।
कुणाल षाड़ंगी ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के द्वारा राशि भुगतान नहीं करने के कारण प्रदेश के कई अस्पतालों ने आयुष्मान योजना के तहत इलाज करने से मना कर दिया है। राज्य सरकार की उदासीनता के कारण केंद्र सरकार की इतनी महत्वाकांक्षी योजना झारखंड में दम तोड़ रही है। इंश्योरेंस के प्रीमियम का भुगतान नही होने के कारण इंश्योरेंस कंपनी से अस्पताल को आयुष्मान योजना के अंतर्गत अपना इलाज करवा रहे मरीज़ों का भुगतान नहीं हो रहा है। इसके साथ ही, रेड क्रॉस की जिलावार बनी ईकाईयों को व्यवस्थित करने की आवश्यकता है।
कुणाल ने बताया कि झारखंड राज्य के बाहर पढ़ाई कर रहे छात्र-छात्राओं को कल्याण विभाग से मिलने वाली छात्रवृत्ति की राशि का भुगतान कई महीनों से नहीं हुआ है और ना ही नए विद्यार्थियों का पंजीकरण हो रहा है। जिससे छात्र-छात्राएं छात्रवृत्ति की राशि के लिए आवेदन नही कर पा रहे है। इस कारण सैकडों ज़रूरतमंद छात्र-छात्राओं को पढ़ाई जारी रखने में कई परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। विभिन्न राज्यों के कई कॉलेजों में छात्र-छात्राओं पर इसके भुगतान करने हेतु दबाव बनाना शुरू किया है जिससे वे तनावग्रस्त हो रहे हैं।
बैठक के क्रम में महामहिम राज्यपाल सी पी राधाकृष्णन ने अपने सचिव नितिन मदन कुलकर्णी को संबंधित विभाग के वरीय पदाधिकारियों से समन्वय स्थापित कर इन सभी समस्याओं के उचित निदान करने का आदेश दिया।
इस दौरान कुणाल षाड़ंगी के साथ रक्तदान से जुडे विषयों पर बढ-चढकर काम करने वाले राँची के ब्लडमैन के रूप में ख्याति प्राप्त युवा समाजसेवी अतुल गेरा भी मौजूद रहे।
Attention was drawn to major issues related to the public interest of Kolhan including Jamshedpur region, the Governor ordered the Secretary to find a solution.
BJP Jharkhand state spokesperson cum former MLA Kunal Shadangi met His Excellency Governor CP Radhakrishnan on Thursday. In the meeting held at Ranchi Raj Bhavan, Kunal Shadangi drew his attention towards many problems of Kolhan including Jharkhand state. During this, Kunal Shadangi informed His Excellency the Governor about non-availability of permanent teachers to teach tribal languages in Kolhan University, the dilapidated condition of implementation of Ayushman Yojana in the state, non-receipt of scholarship amount to the needy students studying outside the state. Attracted the attention of the Governor. He told that Kolhan University is established in scheduled caste dominated areas of the state but there is not a single permanent teacher for teaching tribal languages. Work is being done with bell based teachers. The number of teachers is very less in proportion to hundreds of students. On which Governor CP Radhakrishnan said that teachers would be arranged soon and one or two residential centers with all facilities would be established for the students of Kolhan to study tribal languages in a better way.
Kunal Shadangi said that due to non-payment of funds by the state government, many hospitals in the state have refused treatment under the Ayushman scheme. Due to the apathy of the state government, such an ambitious scheme of the central government is dying in Jharkhand. Due to non-payment of insurance premium, the hospital is not being paid by the insurance company to the patients who are getting their treatment done under the Ayushman Yojana. Along with this, there is a need to organize the district wise units of the Red Cross.
Kunal told that the amount of scholarship received from the Welfare Department to the students studying outside the state of Jharkhand has not been paid for many months, nor is the registration of new students being done. Due to which the students are not able to apply for the scholarship amount. Due to this, hundreds of needy students were given education.
