जिला दंडाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त रवि शंकर शुक्ला की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक हुई। इसमें उपायुक्त के साथ मुख्य रूप से जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी लक्ष्मण हरिजन, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी चांडिल , राजनगर व कुचाई तथा कार्यपालिका अभियंता पथ निर्माण विभाग , भवन प्रमंडल लघु सिंचाई, खरक ई, पेयजल यात्रिक प्रमंडल उपस्थित थे। उपायुक्त ने समीक्षा के दौरान प्री मैट्रिक पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति की समीक्षा करते हुए योजनाओं से वंचित लाभुकों को आवंटन प्राप्त होता है भुगतान करने के निर्देश दिया वही बिरसा आवास निर्माण के लंबित कार्यों को 5 सितंबर तक पूर्ण करने एवं निर्माण कार्य में गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए अच्छी सामग्री का उपयोग करने का निर्देश दिया समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने कब्रिस्तान घेराबंदी,जाहेर स्थान घेराबंदी व आदिवासी कला केंद्र निर्माण कार्य में सुधारात्मक प्रगति लाने का निर्देश दिया बैठक के दौरान डीसी ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना के अंतर्गत चयनित एजेंसी से तालमेल स्थापित करते हुए योजना अंतर्गत चयनित लाभुकों के बीच पशु वितरण कराने को कहा वहीं मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना अंतर्गत प्राप्त आवेदन का नियमानुसार निष्पादन करने इकरारनामा प्रक्रिया के कारण लंबित भुगतान को यथाशोध्र निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिले में संचालित छात्रवास के संबंधित जानकारी लेकर सभी छात्रावास में पेयजल, शौचालय, लाइब्रेरी, समेत अन्ना मूलभूत सुविधाओं प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया।

A review meeting of the schemes run under the Welfare Department was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla. District Welfare Officer Laxman Harijan, Block Development Officer Chandil, Rajnagar and Kuchai and Executive Engineer Road Construction Department, Building Division, Minor Irrigation, Kharak E, Drinking Water, Mechanical Division were mainly present along with the Deputy Commissioner. While reviewing the pre matric post matric scholarship during the review, the Deputy Commissioner directed to make payment to the beneficiaries deprived of the schemes, the same Birsa to complete the pending works of housing construction by September 5 and take special care of the quality in the construction work. During the review, the Deputy Commissioner instructed to bring corrective progress in the construction of cemetery siege, Jaher place siege and tribal arts center. Establishing coordination with the selected agency, asked to distribute cattle among the selected beneficiaries under the scheme, while executing the applications received under the Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme as per the rules, due to the contract process, the pending payment was directed to be executed as soon as possible. During this, the Deputy Commissioner operated in the district. After taking information related to the hostel, directed to provide drinking water, toilets, library and other basic facilities in all the hostels.
