सिदगोड़ा स्थित बिरसा मुंडा टाउन हॉल में जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री किशोर कौशल द्वारा शांतिपूर्ण एवं सौहार्द्रपूर्ण वातावरण में दुर्गापूजा के आयोजन को लेकर केन्द्रीय शांति समिति के साथ बैठक की गई। बैठक में विधि व्यवस्था, यातायात व्यवस्था, भीड़ को व्यवस्थित करने, सुरक्षा संबंधी अन्य महत्नपूर्ण बिदुओं पर चर्चा की गई । इस बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त श्री मनीष कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी धालभूम श्री पीयूष सिन्हा, एडीएम लॉ एंड ऑर्डर श्री दीपू कुमार, सभी बीडीओ, सीओ, डीएसपी, थाना प्रभारी समेत अन्य पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे ।
बैठक में सबसे पहले केंद्रीय शांति समिति के सदस्यों ने विभिन्न पूजा समितियों से संबंधी अपनी बातें रखी जिसमें साफ-सफाई, जलापूर्ति, निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति, महिला आरक्षियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति, सड़क मरम्मतीकरण, ड्रॉप गेट, विसर्जन घाट पर आवश्यक व्यवस्था किए जाने संबंधी अपने सुझाव रखे जिसपर जिला प्रशासन की ओर से आश्वस्त किया गया थानावार किए गए शांति समिति की बैठक के फीडबैक पर कार्य किया जा रहा है, ससमय व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त कर लिया जाएगा।
*जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त* ने कहा कि पूर्वी सिंहभूम का दुर्गापूजा अपनी भव्यता और आस्था के लिए देशभर में विख्यात है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना किसी समस्या का इतने सालों से संचालन करने का श्रेय यहां के जिलावासियों को जाता है और यह भी जिम्मेदारी देता है कि इस वर्ष तथा आने वाले वर्षों में भी उसी शांति को बरकरार रखते हुए पूजा करेंगे। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा त्यौहार में सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं सुचारू हो इसकी लगातार समीक्षा की जा रही है, समय और संसाधन के अभाव में भी हरेक समस्या का समाधान किया जायेगा। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, विधि व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने के प्रति कार्य किए जा रहे हैं जिसमे आप सभी के सहयोग की आवश्यकता है।
*तय विसर्जन रूट में बदलाव नहीं करें*
जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त ने कहा कि श्रद्धालुओं को किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो इसके लिए जिला प्रशासन सजगता से कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने तय विसर्जन रूट का इस्तेमाल करने की बात कही और कहा कि अंतिम समय में कोई भी फेरबदल न किया जाए। स्थानीय थाना के साथ समन्वय बनाते हुए विसर्जन घाट जाएं। सभी पंडालों में जनरेटर की व्यवस्था और माइकिंग सिस्टम दुरुस्त रखें ।
पंडालों के बाहर पार्किंग व्यवस्था पूर्व से ही चिन्हित हो । किसी के साथ भी किसी तरह का दुर्व्यवहार न हो या तो छेड़खानी ना हो। महिलाओं की सुरक्षा प्राथिमकता है। इस तरह की समस्याओं से निपटने के लिए महिला वॉलिंटियर्स को रखा जाए। सीसीटीवी में रिकॉर्डिंग हो रहा हा या नहीं इसे पहले से जांच लें। सभी पंडाल समिति विद्युत विभआग और अग्निशमन विभाग से एनओसी जरूर लें, यह आम जनों की सुरक्षा के लिए अति आवश्यक है। सोशल मीडिया को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि असामाजिक तत्व सामाजिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने के उद्देश्य से गलत तथ्यों को फारवर्ड करते हैं। सभी लोगों को इसको लेकर सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है। आईटी एक्ट काफी सख्त है। किसी भी तरह के फेक वायरल न्यूज़ को फॉरवर्ड नहीं करें तथा थाना, सीओ, बीडीओ या प्रशासन के वरीय पदाधिकारी से बात कर उसके सत्यता की जांच कराएं। उन्होने समस्त जिलावसियों से सुरक्षित और शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से त्योहार संपन्न कराने में जिला प्रशासन को अपेक्षित सहयोग प्रदान करने की अपील की।
*पंडालों में हो इमरजेंसी निकास द्वार*
*वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक* ने कहा क्राउड मैनेजमेंट बहुत जरूरी है जिससे अनुशासनात्मक तरीके से आवागमन किया जा सके। महिलाओं और पुरुषों का प्रवेश और निकास अलग अलग हो यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए। ध्यान रखा जाए कि किसी भी समय पंडाल की क्षमता से अधिक लोग पंडाल के अंदर न हो। हर पंडाल में खास कर बड़े पंडालों में एक इमरजेंसी निकास द्वार जरूर हो। सीसीटीवी पंडाल और मेला परिसर में लगाया जाए तथा आयोजन समिति का एक सदस्य और एक कांस्टेबल द्वारा लगातार वीडियो की मॉनिटरिंग की जाए। समिति के द्वारा वॉलंटियर का लिस्ट थाना को उपलब्ध करवाया जाए और थाना प्रभारी द्वारा वॉलंटियर की ब्रीफिंग किया जाए। अग्निशमन वाहन के लिए अप्रोच रोड उपलब्ध रहे। बिजली के खुले व झूलते तार न हो इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि खोया पाया अनाउंस किए जाने के वक्त किसी भी अन्य प्रकार के म्यूजिक सिस्टम को रोका जाए। उन्होंने कहा पंडालों में फर्स्ट एड बॉक्स हमेशा उपलब्ध रखा जाए ।

District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri and Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Kishore Kaushal held a meeting with the Central Peace Committee regarding organizing Durga Puja in a peaceful and harmonious environment at Birsa Munda Town Hall in Sidhgora. In the meeting, other important points related to law and order, traffic system, crowd management and security were discussed. Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Manish Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum Mr. Piyush Sinha, ADM Law and Order Mr. Dipu Kumar, all BDOs, CO, DSP, police station in-charge and other officials were present in this meeting.
In the meeting, first of all, the members of the Central Peace Committee presented their views related to various puja committees, including their suggestions regarding cleanliness, water supply, uninterrupted power supply, deputation of women constables, road repair, drop gate, making necessary arrangements at immersion ghat. On which the district administration had assured, work is being done on the feedback of the peace committee meeting held recently and the arrangements will be rectified in time.
*District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner* said that Durga Puja of East Singhbhum is famous across the country for its grandeur and faith. He said that the credit goes to the people of the district for running the temple without any problem for so many years and also gives them the responsibility to maintain the same peace and worship this year and in the coming years also. The district administration is constantly reviewing to ensure that all the necessary facilities are running smoothly during the festival. Despite the paucity of time and resources, every problem will be solved. Work is being done to strengthen the security system and law and order, in which cooperation of all of you is needed.
*Do not change the fixed immersion route*

Said that the district administration is working cautiously to ensure that the devotees do not face any kind of inconvenience. He talked about using the fixed immersion route and said that no changes should be made at the last moment. Go to the immersion ghat in coordination with the local police station. Maintain proper arrangement of generators and miking system in all pandals.
Parking arrangements outside the pandals should be marked in advance. No one should be misbehaved or molested in any way. Women’s safety is priority. Women volunteers should be appointed to deal with such problems. Check in advance whether CCTV is recording or not. All pandal committees must take NOC from the electricity department and fire department, this is very important for the safety of the common people. Regarding social media, he said that anti-social elements forward wrong facts with the aim of disturbing social harmony. All people need to be cautious about this. The IT Act is quite strict. Do not forward any kind of fake viral news and get its authenticity checked by talking to the police station, CO, BDO or senior administration official. He appealed to all the residents of the district to provide necessary cooperation to the district administration in conducting the festival in a safe and peaceful manner.
*Pandals should have emergency exit doors*
*Senior Superintendent of Police* said that crowd management is very important so that traffic can be carried out in a disciplined manner. It should be ensured that there is separate entry and exit for men and women. It should be kept in mind that at any time there should not be more people inside the pandal than its capacity. Every pandal, especially big pandals, must have an emergency exit. CCTV should be installed in the pandal and fair premises and the video should be continuously monitored by a member of the organizing committee and a constable. The list of volunteers should be made available to the police station by the committee and the volunteer should be given a briefing by the station in-charge. Approach roads should be available for fire fighting vehicles. Special care should be taken to ensure that there are no open or dangling electrical wires. He also said that at the time of announcing Khoya Paya, any other type of The music system should be stopped. He said that first aid boxes should always be kept available in pandals.
