आज दिनांक 14/11/2023 मंगलवार को नालसा एवं झालसा के दिशानिर्देश पर जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार कार्यालय सरायकेला की ओर से पी एल वी कुमुद रंजन महतो ने पंचायत बाना, पोस्ट राजनगर के जाहिराटांड टोला (गांव कुवंरदा) सभी उपस्थित बच्चो, महिलाओं,युवाओं एवं बुजुर्गों को चॉकलेट बांट कर विशेष विस्तारितपूर्वक विधिक जागरूक करते हुए कहा कि बाल दिवस पर हर साल 14 नवंबर को भारतवर्ष के पहले प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू जी के जयंती को मनाते आ रहे हैं। बाल दिवस मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य बच्चों के अधिकारों, देखभाल और शिक्षा के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने है। हम सब प्यार से चाचा नेहरू कहकर उन्हें संबोधन करते हैं। उन्होने बच्चों को पूर्ण शिक्षा देने की वकालत की और राष्ट्र निर्माण में अतुल्य योगदान दिया। भारतीय संविधान में बच्चों के जन्म के साथ ही उनके मौलिक अधिकार और क़ानूनी अधिकार जुड़ जाते हैं।
अनुच्छेद 7और 8 बच्चों के अधिकार और पहचान दिलाना है।
अनुच्छेद 23 और 24 स्वास्थ्य संबंधी अधिकार देती है।
अनुच्छेद 28 बच्चों के शिक्षा का अधिकार देती है।
अनुच्छेद 8,9,10,16,20,22,40 पारिवारिक जीवन का अधिकार दिलाता है।
अनुच्छेद 19 और 34 हिंसा से सुरक्षा का अधिकार जैसे यौन शोषण और दुर्व्यवहार अस्वीकार्य बाल तस्करी आदि से सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।
अनुच्छेद 12 और 13 अपनी राय का अधिकार दिलाता है। अनुच्छेद 38 और 39 सशस्त्र संघर्ष निर्दोष बच्चों को शरणार्थी, कैदी से सुरक्षा का अधिकार देती है।
अनुच्छेद 19,32,34,36 और 39 के अन्तर्गत शोषण से सुरक्षा का अधिकार जैसे हिंसा, कठिन परिश्रम , यौन शोषण, क्रुरता,मौत,और उम्र कैद आदि से सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।इस कार्यक्रम में देवाशीष महतो, आनंद महतो, अरुप महतो, मुकेश महतो, राजेश महतो, अनादि महतो, नीतिश महतो, रामधन महतो, रित्तिक महतो, दीपक महतो, तिर्थो महतो, चन्द्रिका महतो, पुजा महतो, सारथी देवी, भानुमती देवी, भमा देवी, किनु महतो, बुधेश्वर म तो, दीलीप महतो उपस्थित रहे ।
Today, 14/11/2023, on Tuesday, on the guidelines of NALSA and Jhalsa, PLV Kumud Ranjan Mahato, on behalf of District Legal Services Authority Office Seraikela, organized Panchayat Bana, Jahiratand Tola (Village Kuvaranda) of Post Rajnagar, all the present children, women, youth. And by distributing chocolates to the elderly, making them legally aware in a special manner, he said that every year on 14th November, on Children’s Day, we have been celebrating the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The main objective of celebrating Children’s Day is to raise awareness about the rights, care and education of children. We all fondly address him as Chacha Nehru. He advocated for providing complete education to children and made incredible contribution in nation building. In the Indian Constitution, the fundamental rights and legal rights of children are added to them as soon as they are born.
Articles 7 and 8 provide for the rights and identity of children.
Articles 23 and 24 give rights related to health.
Article 28 gives children the right to education.
Articles 8,9,10,16,20,22,40 provide the right to family life.
Articles 19 and 34 provide for the right to protection from violence such as sexual exploitation and abuse, child trafficking etc.
Articles 12 and 13 provide the right to one’s opinion. Articles 38 and 39 give innocent children the right to protection from refugees and prisoners of armed conflict.
