योजनाओं को निर्धारित समयावधी में पूर्ण करने तथा योग्य लाभुकों को सरकार के कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने के दिए गए निदेश
समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उप विकास आयुक्त श्री प्रवीण कुमार गागराई के अध्यक्षता में जिला विकास समन्वय समिति की बैठक आहूत की गई। बैठक के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त नें विभिन्न योजनाओं की कार्य प्रगति का बिंदुवार समीक्षा करते हुए लंबित योजना प्रगति लाने, योजनाओं को निर्धारित समयावधि में पूर्ण करने तथा शत प्रतिशत सुयोग्य लाभुकों को सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लाभ प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया।
मनरेगा अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं का प्रखंडवार समीक्षा कर उप विकास आयुक्त ने बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय चरण अंतर्गत पिट फीडिंग एवं फलदार वृक्षारोपण कार्य में प्रगति लाने, प्रत्येक पंचायत में 5 से अधिक योजनाएं संचालित कर मानव दिवस सृजन में वृद्धि लाने तथा ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से ही विभिन्न योजनाओं के चयन करने के निदेश दिए। वही आवास प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) एवं बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर आवास योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त ने “अब ना रहे कोई आवास अधूरा-चलो करें आवाज पूरा” अभियान के तहत कार्य योजना निर्धारित कर अधिक से अधिक लंबित आवास को पूर्ण करने के निदेश दिए। बैठक के दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त के द्वारा जेएसएलपीएस अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा कर SHG की संख्या बढ़ाने तथा विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत प्रतिशत योग्य लाभुकों को लाभ प्रदान करने के निदेश दिए।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त श्री प्रवीण कुमार गागराई के साथ सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, सभी BPM, सभी BPO एवं अन्य सम्बन्धित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहें।

Instructions were given to complete the schemes within the stipulated time period and to provide the benefits of government welfare schemes to the eligible beneficiaries.
A meeting of the District Development Coordination Committee was called under the chairmanship of Deputy Development Commissioner Shri Praveen Kumar Gagrai in the auditorium located at the Collectorate. During the meeting, the Deputy Development Commissioner, while reviewing the work progress of various schemes point by point, directed to bring progress in the pending schemes, complete the schemes within the stipulated time period and provide the benefits of the government’s welfare schemes to 100 percent eligible beneficiaries.
After reviewing the block-wise schemes run under MNREGA, the Deputy Development Commissioner made progress in pit feeding and fruit tree plantation work under the first and second phase of Birsa Green Village Scheme, increasing the generation of man days by running more than 5 schemes in each Panchayat and increasing the number of Gram Sabhas. Instructions were given to select various schemes through this. While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) and Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Awas Yojana, the Deputy Development Commissioner laid down an action plan to complete as many pending houses as possible under the campaign “Now no house remains incomplete – let’s make the voice complete”. Gave instructions to do. During the meeting, the Deputy Development Commissioner reviewed the schemes run under JSLPS and gave instructions to increase the number of SHGs and provide benefits to eligible beneficiaries under various schemes.
All Block Development Officers, all BPMs, all BPOs and other concerned officers were present in the meeting along with Deputy Development Commissioner Shri Praveen Kumar Gagrai.
