*स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड माईक्रोवेलफेयर डेवलपमेंट सेंटर (एस.जे.एम.डी.सी.) ने स्वावलंबी भारत अभियान के तहत उद्यमिता दिवस के अवसर पर 12वें मेगा ऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम में 85 जरूरतमंद महिलाओं के बीच वितरित किया 26 लाख रूपये*

स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड माईक्रोवेलफेयर डेवलपमेंट सेंटर (एस.जे.एम.डी.सी.) के द्वारा स्वावलंबी भारत अभियान के तहत 21 अगस्त को मनाये जा रहे उद्यमिता दिवस के अवसर पर 12वें मेगा लघुऋण वितरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन तुलसी भवन, बिष्टुपुर में किया गया जिसमें 85 जरूरतमंद महिलाओं के बीच लघु एवं घरेलू व्यवसाय शुरू करने या जो महिलायें पहले से अपने व्यवसाय में लगी हुई हैं उन्हें आगे बढ़ाने के लिये 26 लाख रूपये का वितरण किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि जमशेदपुर के सांसद विद्युतवरण एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि जियाडा के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक प्रेमरंजन तथा समाजसेवी सह उद्यमी उदित अग्रवाल तथा उपस्थित सदस्यों का स्वागत करते हुये सेंटर के निदेशक अशोक गोयल ने कहा।
इस अवसर पर विषय प्रवेश करते हुये सेंटर के अन्य निदेशक तथा खादी ग्रामोद्योग आयोग भारत सरकार के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के सदस्य मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि आज महिलायें देश की जनसंख्या की आधी आबादी है। देश को अगर तरक्की करना है तो आधी आबादी को स्वावलंबी बनाना होगा। आज बच्चों को नौकरी पाने के लिये प्रेरित न करें बल्कि लर्न के सार्थ अर्न करने के लिये प्रेरित करेे। अर्थात पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ रोजगार करने के लिये प्रेरित करें। जिससे वे देश की जीडीपी में भी योगदान कर सकें और देश के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री के सपने जो अगले पांच वर्ष में विश्व की तीसरी बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था की ओर आगे बढ़ सकें।
मुख्य अतिथि सांसद विद्युत वरणमहतो ने कहा स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड माईक्रोवेलफेयर डेवलपमेंट अपने स्थापना काल से जो कार्य महिलाओं को आगे बढ़ाने के लिये कर रही है वह सराहनीय है। महिलायें इससे देश के विकास में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि झारखण्ड राज्य के कोल्हान में देश के अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में काफी अच्छा तसर का उत्पादन होता है। अगर महिलाओं को इस तरह के वित्तीय मदद प्रदान करें तो वे काफी आगे बढ़ सकती है।
विशिष्ट अतिथि जियाडा के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक प्रेमरंजन ने उपस्थित सदस्यों को संबोधित करते हुये कहा कि स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड के द्वारा यह साकारात्मक पहल है। इसके साथ ही सेंटर को महिलाओं के उत्पादन को बाजार देने की जरूरत है। जबसे मशीनरी युग आया है तब से हमारे हैण्डलूम उद्योग समाप्ति की ओर हैं जो अच्छे गुणवत्ता और मानक के उत्पादन किया करते थे जिसकी मांग विदेशों में भी होती थी। हमें इसे बचाने की जरूरत है। हमें अच्छे गुणवत्ता के माल के उत्पादन पर फिर से ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।
इस अवसर पर अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित विदित अग्रवाल ने कहा उद्यमिता दिवस के अवसर पर सभी का स्वागत करते हुये अपने संबोधन में कहा कि माइक्रो फायनेंस के द्वारा महिलाओं को उद्यमिता की राह दिखाने के लिये लिये बधाई देता हूं। विकास के लिये आज एक अच्छा माध्यम बन चुका है। अगर हम इसमें आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और टेक्नॉलॉजी का इस्तेमाल करें तो इससे और ज्यादा फायदा मिल सकता है और सिबिल से जोड़ दे ंतो महिलाओं को क्रेडिट स्कोर बनाने में मदद मिलेगी। आज बैंक और केन्द्र सरकार भी इस ओर ध्यान दे रही है। इससे देश के अधिकांश गरीबों को गरीबी रेखा से उपर उठाने में सफल रहे हैं।
मुख्य वक्ता बिहार से आये स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के क्षेत्रीय संगठक अजय उपाध्याय ने कहा कि हम स्वावलंबी भारत अभियान के तहत एक नया भारत बनाने निकले हैं जिसमें हमारी महिला शक्ति काफी महत्वपूर्ण है जिसे हम स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड जैसे संस्थाओं की मदद से ही आगे बढ़ा सकते है। देश में चीनी समानों का बोलबाला बढ़ गया है। जिसे कम करने के लिये हमें अच्छी गुणवत्ता और सस्ते दर के स्वदेशी उत्पाद लोगों के लिये उपलब्ध करवाने की जरूरत है। स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड के इस प्रकल्प के माध्यम से लगभग चार हजार परिवारों को आर्थिक मदद मिली है यह एक सराहनीय कदम है।
सेंटर के निदेशक बंदेशंकर सिंह ने कहा कि कहा कि हम महिला सशक्तिकरण और आत्मनिर्भर भारत के जिस उद्देश्य से निकले थे उसे समाज के प्रबुद्धजनों और दानदाताओं के सहयोग लगातार हमें मिलता रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि हमने अपना यह अभियान ‘‘स्वावलंबी झारखण्ड माइक्रोवेलफेयर डेवलपमेंट सेंटर (ैश्रडक्ब्द्धष्ष् के नाम से से 4 जुलाई, 2012 को इसका उद्घाटन किया था। और अब तक ैश्रडक्ब् के द्वारा लगभग 3900 महिला लाभुकों को इससे जोड़ते हुये लगभग 8 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक लघु़ऋण के माध्यम से आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराया जा चुका है। और ये महिलायें इस ऋण के माध्यम से सूक्ष्म एवं लघु व्यवसाय कर रही है।
अपने अध्यक्षीय भाषण में सेंटर के चेयरमैन मुरलीधर केडिया ने कहा कि यह प्रकल्प महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने का अच्छा माध्यम बना है जो ग्यारह वर्षों से प्रगति की राह पर है। सेंटर द्वारा चलाये जा इस प्रकल्प के माध्यम से महिलायें समाज को एक नई दिशा प्रदान कर रही है। इस प्रकल्प को चलाने में जमशेदपुर के प्रबुद्ध और सक्षम वर्ग ने भी अपना सहयोग हमें दिया है। उन्होंने लाभुक महिलाओं को संबोधित करते हुये कहा कि वे इस लघु़़ऋण का उपयोग वे अपनी घरेलू कार्यों में न कर छोटे व्यवसाय शुरू कर आत्मनिर्भर बनकर समाज के अन्य महिलाओं को इसके लिये प्रेरित करें।
कार्यक्रम में मंच संचालन स्वावलंबी भारत अभियान के जमशेदपुर समन्वयक पंकज सिंह ने किया। तथा अंत में स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के विभाग सहसंयोजक राजकुमार साह ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन करते हुये कार्यक्रम समाप्त की।

Swavalambi Jharkhand Microwelfare Development Center (SJMDC) organized 12th Mega Small Loan Distribution Program at Tulsi Bhawan, Bishtupur on the occasion of Entrepreneurship Day being celebrated on August 21 under Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan. Rs 26 lakh was distributed among 85 needy women to start small and household business or to take forward those women who are already engaged in their business. On this occasion, chief guest Jamshedpur MP Vidyut Varan and special guest, regional director of JIDA Premaranjan and philanthropist co-entrepreneur Udit Agarwal and welcoming the present members, director of the center Ashok Goyal said.
Entering the topic on this occasion, Manoj Kumar, another director of the center and member of Khadi Village Industries Commission, Eastern Region, Government of India, said that today women are half of the country’s population. If the country has to progress, then half of the population has to be made self-reliant. Today, don’t motivate the children to get a job, rather motivate them to earn while learning. That is, motivate them to do employment along with studies. So that they can also contribute to the GDP of the country and the dreams of the Honorable Prime Minister of the country who can move towards the third largest economy of the world in the next five years.
Chief Guest Member of Parliament Vidyut Varanmahto said that the work that the self-supporting Jharkhand Microwelfare Development has been doing for the advancement of women since its inception is commendable. Women can play a leading role in the development of the country through this. He said that Kolhan of Jharkhand state produces very good tasar as compared to other states of the country. If women are provided with such financial help, they can go a long way.
Addressing the present members, regional director of JIDA, special guest, Premaranjan said that this is a positive initiative by self-reliant Jharkhand. Along with this, the center needs to market the production of women. Ever since the advent of machinery, our handloom industries are on the verge of extinction, which used to produce products of good quality and standard, which were in demand even in foreign countries. Vidit Agarwal, who was present as a guest on the occasion, said while welcoming everyone on the occasion of Entrepreneurship Day, said in his address that I congratulate women for showing the path of entrepreneurship through micro finance. Today it has become a good medium for development. If we use artificial intelligence and technology in this, then we can get more benefit from it and if we add it to CIBIL, it will help women to make credit score. Today the banks and the central government are also paying attention to this. Due to this, most of the poor people of the country have been successful in lifting above the poverty line.
Chief speaker Ajay Upadhyay, regional organizer of Swadeshi Jagran Manch, who came from Bihar, said that we have set out to build a new India under the Self-reliant India campaign, in which our women power is very important, which we can take forward only with the help of organizations like self-reliant Jharkhand. The dominance of Chinese goods has increased in the country. To reduce this, we need to make indigenous products of good quality and cheap rates available to the people. About four thousand families have got financial help through this project of self-reliant Jharkhand, this is a commendable step.
Director of the center, Bandeshankar Singh said that we have been continuously getting the cooperation of the intellectuals and donors of the society for the purpose of women empowerment and self-reliant India. He told that we had inaugurated this campaign in the name of “Swavalambi Jharkhand Microwelfare Development Center (Jharkhand Microwelfare Development Center) on July 4, 2012. And so far, Jharkhand has contributed more than Rs 8 crore by connecting about 3900 women beneficiaries. Financial assistance has been made available through micro loans and these women are doing micro and small business through this loan.
In his presidential address, the chairman of the center, Murlidhar Kedia, said that this project is for women. It has become a good medium of empowering the society which is on the path of progress since eleven years. Women are giving a new direction to the society through this project being run by the centre. The enlightened and capable class of Jamshedpur has also given their cooperation in running this project. Addressing the beneficiary women, he said that instead of using this micro-loan for their domestic work, they should start small business and become self-reliant and inspire other women of the society for this.
Pankaj Singh, the Jamshedpur coordinator of the Self-reliant India campaign, did the stage operation in the program. And in the end, Department Co-ordinator of Swadeshi Jagran Manch Rajkumar Sah ended the program by giving vote of thanks.
