पर्शुडीह स्थित सिदो-कान्हू ओड़िया विद्यालय में शिक्षक दिवस बड़े ही धूमधाम मनाया गया।

इस समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि उत्कल सम्मिलनी पुर्वी सिंहभूम जमशेदपुर के अध्यक्ष एडवोकेट रविन्द्र नाथ सत्पथी एवं सम्मानित अतिथि उत्कल सम्मिलनी पुर्वी सिंहभूम जमशेदपुर के सुपरवाइजर श्री जयराम दासपात्रा थे। मुख्य अतिथि एवं अन्य अतिथियों ने मिलकर दीप प्रज्वलित कर एवं डॉक्टर सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन के तस्वीर पर माल्यार्पण की। उसके बाद विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं ने शिक्षक शिक्षिकाओं को तिलक लगाकर एवं आरती उतार कर गुरु पूजन किया। बच्चों के द्वारा गुरु वंदना गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। श्री सत्पथी जी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि डॉक्टर सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन एक दार्शनिक थे तथा उनके जीवनी पर प्रकाश डालते हुए उनकी क्रियाकलापों पर अनुकरण करने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि सब चीज चोरी हो सकता है लेकिन शिक्षा को कोई चोरी नहीं कर सकता। सभा सभा को श्री जयराम दासपात्रा ने भी संबोधित किया । इस कार्यक्रम का अध्यक्षता विद्यालय के अध्यक्ष श्री बसंत कुमार बास्के ने किया। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन विद्यालय के महासचिव श्याम चरण हांसदा ने किया। अंत में विद्यालय के बच्चों के द्वारा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम पेश किए गए इसका उपस्थित शिक्षक शिक्षिकाओं एवं छात्र-छात्राओं ने भरपूर लुफ्त उठाया। कार्यक्रम में विद्यालय के शिक्षक शिक्षिका छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ विद्यालय के कोषाध्यक्ष रामचंद्र सोरेन, विद्यालय के प्राचार्य सुलोचना मुर्मू सदस्य कुनाराम बेसरा, उपदेष्टा राम साइ सोरेन तथा अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।

The chief guest of this function was Advocate Ravindra Nath Satpathy, President of Utkal Sammilani Purvi Singhbhum Jamshedpur and the guest of honor was Shri Jairam Daspatra, Supervisor of Utkal Sammilani Purvi Singhbhum Jamshedpur. The chief guest and other guests together lit the lamp and garlanded the photograph of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. After that, the students of the school worshiped the Guru by applying Tilak to the teachers and performing Aarti. Guru Vandana song was presented by the children. Shri Satpathy ji in his address said that Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was a philosopher and threw light on his biography and asked to emulate his activities. He said that everything can be stolen but no one can steal education. Shri Jairam Daspatra also addressed the gathering. This program was presided over by the school president Mr. Basant Kumar Baske. The vote of thanks was given by the General Secretary of the school, Shyam Charan Hansda. In the end, a cultural program was presented by the school children, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the teachers and students present. School treasurer Ramchandra Soren, school principal Sulochana Murmu, member Kunaram Besra, lecturer Ram Sai Soren and other dignitaries were present in the program along with teachers and students of the school.
