वजूद खोती विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ कला चंद लोगों की मुट्ठी में कैद हुई – मनोज चौधरी

छऊ आर्टिस्ट एसोसिएशन सरायकेला के संरक्षक सह पूर्व नगर पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष मनोज कुमार चौधरी ने जिला प्रशासन पर विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ नृत्य व उससे जुड़े कलाकारों को नजरंदाज करते हुए विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ नृत्य कला के वजुद को समाप्त करने का बड़ा आरोप लगाया उन्होंने कहा की प्रशासन द्वारा कल की बैठक किन नियमों के आधार पर की जा रही है एवं किन कारणों से विश्व प्रसिद्ध कला के संरक्षण एवं सर्वधन के उद्देश्य से संचालित राजकीय छऊ नृत्य कला केंद्र अव्यस्थित है उन्होंने कहा हमें बड़ा गर्व होता था कि भारत की आजादी के समय तत्कालीन राजाओं ने अपनी सुझबुझ छऊ नृत्य कला के प्रति अगाद्ध प्रेम का परिचय देते हुए राजघरानों के विलय संधि समझौते (मर्जर एग्रीमेंट) में हमारी संस्कृति हमारी पहचान विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ नृत्य कला के संरक्षण और संवर्धन का जिम्मा राज्य सरकार को दिया था तब से वर्ष 2022 तक राज्य सरकार के दिशानिर्देशो के अधीन जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बनाई गई व्यवस्था से संचालित हो रही थी। लेकिन वर्तमान में विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ नृत्य कला और कलाकारों की अनदेखी की जा रही क्योंकि राजकीय छऊ नृत्य कला केंद्र में कार्यरत कलाकार एक एक करके सभी सेवानिवृत हो चुके हैं बड़े दुःख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि वैश्विक कला के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए बना पुरे क्षेत्र में बना एकमात्र केंद्र पुरी तरह कलाकारों के बिना उद्देश्य वहीन हो चुका है वर्तमान केन्द्र में पुरा नियंत्रण प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों का हो गया है जो छऊ नृत्य कला की एबीसीडी तक नहीं जानते वर्तमान विश्व प्रसिद्ध छऊ नृत्य कला को संचालित करने वाला कलाकेंद्र की दुर्दशा का जिम्मेवार पुरी तरह से प्रशासन है क्योंकि प्रशासन को केवल पुरे साल में लूटने या औपचारिकता पूरी करने के लिए केवल चैत्र पर्व या चैत्र महोत्सव याद आता है उन्होंने सवालिया लहजे में कहा कि प्रशासन द्वारा किन दिशानिर्देशो या नियमों से कल आहुत होने वाली बैठक में सदस्यों को मनोनीत एवं आमंत्रित किया है श्री चौधरी ने राजकीय छऊ नृत्य कलाकेंद्र के सफल संचालन हेतु आमंत्रित बैठक छऊ कलाकारों के साथ धोखा करार दिया ।

But at present the world famous Chhau dance art and artists are being ignored because the artists working in the Government Chhau Dance Art Center have retired one by one. It is with great sadness that we have to say that the world famous Chhau dance art center was created for the preservation and promotion of art. The only center built in the entire area has completely lost its purpose without the artists. At present, the complete control of the center has been taken over by the administrative officials who do not even know the ABCD of Chhau dance art. What is the plight of the present art center which is running the world famous Chhau dance art. The administration is completely responsible because the administration remembers only Chaitra festival or Chaitra Mahotsav in the whole year to loot or complete the formalities. He said in a questioning tone that under what guidelines or rules the administration should inform the members in the meeting to be called tomorrow. Shri Choudhary, who has been nominated and invited for the successful operation of the Government Chhau Dance Art Centre, termed the meeting invited as a betrayal of the Chhau artists.
